The Characters

Where does the time go? It seems like just yesterday I was begging God for my first pregnancy, now I have two little ones! Soggy will be seven in a couple months and Toad just turned five. I am busy as can be trying to keep up with these two! They are all about hands on learning, which means…LOTS of messes! I love it!

Soggy is talkative and spiritual, if she is awake, she is most likely talking. Most of the time it is some how related to God… and the rest of the time she is talking about horses and other creatures. I am learning so much from her by simply answering her questions! She LOVES to read and amazes me with how much she soaks up.  She is intuitive and sweet (most of the time!). She loves critters and her bravery with all that is small and wriggly is far greater than mine!

Toad is my cuddly and adventurous boy. ”Mama, watch dis!” is a common phrase at our house. He loves bikes, motorcycles and cooking with his mommy (just for balance I suppose). He thinks his daddy is the coolest thing ever, and he emulates him in just about everything. His energy amazes me but he always takes time to cuddle with his mom and steals my heart with those blue eyes!

Speaking of blue eyes… my hubby has em. His definitely steal my heart too! I love him for a million reasons… to name a few; he is a wonderful father, a great provider (active duty USCG), and my best friend!

I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. My family is my world. I greatly enjoy writing. I love to make health nut type food (especially baking). I have a very deep appreciation for, and an addiction to, the outdoors.
