These healthy little morsels are my favorite cookie. Especially this time of year. I hope you enjoy them too.
*Mix
2/3 cup unbleached all purpose flour
2/3 cup wheat flour
2/3 cup wheat germ
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
*and set aside
*Mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 TB vanilla
*Mix wet and dry ingredients
*Dissolve
-1 tsp baking soda
in
-1 tsp milk
*and add to other ingredients
*Add
-2 cup chocolate chips
-1/2 cup chapped walnuts
*Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
